Countryside in figures
The Camarines Norte Countryside in Figures (CIF) is on its fifth edition. It profiles the province’s historical background, physical characteristics, population and housing, health and welfare, education, income, work force and prices, agriculture, fishery, forestry, transportation and communication, electricity gas and water, mineral resources, industry, trade and tourism other indicators sourced through
our recent survey results and data provided by our partner agencies like the Provincial Planning and Development Office, the Provincial Health Office, the Department of Education, the Local Government Units and other line agencies. For this edition, updates especially on education, transportation and communication and electricity, gas and water were reflected. And we hope that all the statistical data included in this work would respond to the needs of our
stakeholders in terms of local policy making and program planning.
Census of Population
A decennial undertaking that gathers information on the size and distribution of the population as well as information about its demographic, social, economic, and cultural characteristics. It also gathers information on the supply of housing units, their structural characteristics and facilities.

Whole Selling Price
Wholesale selling price refers to the price of commodity transacted in bulk for further resale or
processing. Collection of prices is done as one of the basis in computing the consumer price index and
inflation rate so as for the government to plan what specific programs and intervention can be
created to improve the quality of life of every Filipino citizen.
Vital Statistics in Camarines Norte
A report on vital events like births, deaths, and marriages occurring in Camarines Norte, the VSR highlights data on the number and percent distribution of these events - by month of occurrence, age, sex, and region. Marriage statistics also include nationality of the bride and groom and type of wedding ceremony. Births, on the other hand, also cover birth order and birth weight, attendance at birth, among others.
